The big winner! This weekend was Paint Annapolis, a juried plein air painting event. I wasn't in the main show, but I participated in the timed "Dueling Brushes" competition.
Honestly, I didn't think my painting stood a chance. There were tons of fabulous paintings.
But when they were announcing the winners, they called my name. I sold it too. A great day for painting!

SARA!!! THATS AWESOME!!! Congrats! Wish i could still be there to hang with you... but alas, we will probably never move back to Annapolis. How is everything going there? Miss us yet??
My boys are CONSTANTLY asking when jakey and redd can come to their new place! hehe.. Maybe one day!
